Play Features include: 9' long bridge over 2 swings firepole, 5' x 5' x 9' high Hexagon-shaped Climbing Tower, Rope Net Ladder and Turbo Tube Slide. Can be modified to fit level yard.

Pasadena Playhouse was built in 2015.  Only 3 years old and in excellent condition. This play structure was re-stained by Barbara Butler's crew this past spring. The new house owner (with adult children only) would like to sell this beautiful play structure to a family with small children or grandchildren!

Used King Fort for sale by owner.  Our Client let us know: "her daughter has out grown her much beloved play fort and is ready to pass it on to the next family to enjoy. Lovingly maintained and in near perfect condition. Just cleaned & re-stained."
